We strive to bring you the most cost effective, expedient and reliable shipping service possible. Please review our shipping policies below.

You may notice that the warehouse sometimes will recycle shipping boxes. This is done in an effort to reduce waste. Additionally, if packing peanuts are used they are Earth friendly, wheat based and biodegradable.

Your order is submitted to our warehouse as soon as you complete the check out process. Orders placed before 12 PM Eastern Time will be shipped via Fed Ex the same day. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days of when you place your order. Business days are Monday thru Friday (excluding Holidays).

Our standard shipping method is ground. You should receive your products within 2-5 business days from the day you order them. Please note that items shipped via ground service cannot be delivered to a Post Office Box.

We offer overnight shipping for most items. Expedited shipping is not available for items being shipped to PO Boxes or APO/FPO destinations.

Orders going to Alaska, Hawaii, & Puerto Rico, are shipped via UPS, FedEx, or even United States Postal Service. We usually deliver such items within 5-10 business days of the day you order.

We can ship most items to APO / FPO destinations. We usually deliver such items to the US military post office within 5-10 business days of the day you order.

Some orders may require additional shipping & handling fees due to contents, size or product/services. Also, orders shipped to more remote areas may incur additional costs. This information will be communicated on the item page within the web site and will be reflected in your shopping cart.

My Pet Warehouse reserves the right to cancel any order at any time that requires any additional shipping charges from the carrier.

Our warehouse does an excellent job of processing orders. Unfortunately, on rare occasions, there are errors made in shipping your order (e.g. picking errors). If we do ship the wrong product to you we will credit you the cost of product plus your original shipping and handling cost for the order.
