My Pet Warehouse wants you to be happy with your purchase. If you are dissatisfied you may return products purchased within 30 days of shipment. If you wish to return a product to My Pet Warehouse, please follow the instructions below. These instructions are provided to ensure timely and accurate credit for your return.

Pack the product(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible. Please include all paperwork, parts, and accessories. All products must be returned in good condition, to insure credit. Please include a note explaining why the product(s) are being returned. We will use this information to improve your shopping experience in the future. | |

We recommend e-mailing us when you return a product and that you use a shipping method that allows tracking to avoid lost shipments and ensure timely credit. Before sending your return shipment, please remove all extra labels from the outside of the package. | |

All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept COD deliveries. | |

Keep the Return Tracking Number for your return package to monitor delivery status. | |

You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase, within 30 days of our receiving the returned order depending upon your credit card processor. | |

Credit for gift returns will be issued to the original purchaser. | |

You will be refunded the return shipping cost if the return is a result of a manufacturing defect or shipping error. | |
